Who We Serve

We'll help youunderstand the next step

You do not need to know which service you are asking for. Tell us what is happening, and we will tell you what we can do, what it involves, and what we need from you.

What to have ready

You do not need all of this to call us — but having it speeds everything up.

  • The patient's name, date of birth and contact details
  • Pickup address and destination, or the address where care is needed
  • How the patient moves: walking, wheelchair, or unable to sit upright
  • Any equipment they travel with, such as oxygen
  • Whether a clinician has written a referral or order
  • Insurance or program information, if you have it

What happens after you contact us

  1. We respond

A person from the right team contacts you — not a generic inbox.

  2. We check what is possible

Availability, service area, the level of care needed, and any authorization requirements.

  3. We confirm

You get the specifics in writing where it matters: the window, what is included, what to prepare.

  4. Service is delivered

The crew or clinician arrives, and you know who to call if something changes.

  5. We follow up

For ongoing care, the plan is reviewed rather than left to run on its own.

Coverage depends on your benefit, authorization, medical necessity, the service type and your payer. We will explain what applies to your situation — and we will tell you when something is not covered. Availability and coverage vary by service, location, clinical need, authorization, and payer requirements.
