Complaintsand grievances

If something went wrong, we want to hear it from you rather than about you. Raising a concern does not affect the care or service you receive.

What happens when you raise a concern

  1. You tell us

In writing or by phone, with as much or as little detail as you want to give.

  2. We acknowledge it

You get confirmation that it has been received and who is looking at it.

  3. We review

The relevant team reviews what happened, including records where appropriate.

  4. We respond

You get an answer, and where we got it wrong, what we are changing.

Tell us what you need and we will provide it in an accessible format or with language assistance.
